Ordering and payment

Select your items in the cart, check quantities and the total, then submit an order request with your contact details and an Omniva parcel locker. The €2.99 delivery fee applies once per order. Requests are sent to sales@layerwisp.lv. We review your request and contact you. Sending a request does not itself create an obligation to buy. We agree the products, quantities, delivery and total by email. Before your final acceptance we email an order summary, these terms and a withdrawal form in a format you can save.

Once agreed, we issue an invoice. Payment is by bank transfer according to the invoice. Production starts once full payment reaches our company bank account. The payment deadline is shown on the invoice. Your commitments and the payment deadline are included in the final order offer.

Product prices include VAT: €11.90 without a base, €19.90 with a festive base, and €29.90 for the set of two. Omniva delivery in Latvia costs €2.99 per order and is shown separately. All mandatory charges are disclosed before payment. We do not add charges without your agreement.

Production and delivery

Production takes 3–5 business days after full invoice payment. We hand the finished items to Omniva within two further business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding Latvian public holidays.

Transit is additional to production and dispatch: Omniva usually takes 2–3 business days after receiving the parcel. We deliver only to Omniva parcel lockers in Latvia for €2.99. The destination, delivery method and estimated arrival are confirmed in the order offer before payment. If there is a delay, we will contact you to agree the next steps without limiting your statutory rights.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers buying outside their business or professional activity may withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, counted from the following day. You can also withdraw before delivery.

Send your notice to info@layerwisp.lv or the seller address above. You may use the form below or any clear statement of withdrawal. Sending it before the deadline is sufficient; you do not need our prior permission.

The standard goats in our catalogue retain this right even when printing begins only after payment. If we offer clearly personalised goods or items made to individual specifications in future, we will explain any applicable exception before the contract is concluded. This does not limit rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

Returns and refunds

After notifying us, send or hand the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days. Return address: Rumbulas iela 1 k. 2 dz. 16, Rīga, LV-1035, Latvia. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the direct return shipping cost.

We refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard initial delivery within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method unless we expressly agree another method that is free to you.

You may inspect the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection. Missing original packaging alone does not cancel your withdrawal right; pack returned goods securely.

Non-conforming goods and complaints

Withdrawal rights are separate from rights concerning non-conforming goods. Consumers may make a claim within two years of delivery and should notify us within two months of discovering the problem. Include your order reference and a description; photos may help us assess it.

Valid remedies are provided free of charge as required by law. We answer written consumer complaints within 15 business days. If more time is objectively needed, we explain why and give a reasonable response deadline. If we cannot agree a solution, you may contact Latvia’s Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) and, where applicable, the Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission.
