Order and contact information

We process your name, email, phone, selected products, quantities and parcel locker, along with optional company details and notes, to confirm your order, invoice you and arrange delivery. Order requests go to sales@layerwisp.lv. Recipient contact details and the selected locker are shared with Omniva for delivery. For company lookup, your registration number is sent to data.gov.lv to retrieve public company name and address data. VAT verification sends the LV country code and registration number to the European Commission VIES service.

Providing data is voluntary, but without the necessary details we cannot process your request. Do not send payment card details, personal identity numbers or sensitive information.

Purposes and legal basis

We use correspondence to answer questions and review requests. For potential purchases, the basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For other enquiries, it is our legitimate interest in maintaining business communication (Article 6(1)(f)). The order form is not a newsletter subscription.

Storage and access

Requests and correspondence are processed in our company email and order system. Hosting and email services are provided by SIA Area IT. Retention depends on the time needed to resolve the enquiry and any transaction, legal or claims-related obligations. Access is limited to people handling your request and the relevant technical service providers.

Essential storage and security

The cart stores product IDs and quantities in your browser (localStorage) for up to 30 days after your last cart change; it does not store your contact details there. You can empty your cart or delete site data in your browser. An essential session cookie supports form security and access to your order confirmation. Fonts and images are served from this website.

Advertising cookies

With your consent, Meta Pixel (795614590578911), provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, measures Facebook and Instagram advertising and helps personalise ads. It receives page visits and successful order requests, including product IDs, quantities and values, plus technical data such as IP address, browser and cookie identifiers. Our integration does not send the name, email, phone, address or notes you enter. The confirmation access token is removed from the page URL before tracking starts.

The basis is consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Pixel does not load before consent. Change your choice using “Cookie choices” in the footer. Rejecting cookies does not affect ordering. Your choice is stored for up to 180 days; Meta cookies _fbp and, where applicable, _fbc usually last up to 90 days and may be renewed.

Meta may link this data to your Meta account and process it outside the EEA, including in the USA, using applicable transfer mechanisms. See the Meta privacy policy and cookie policy. Withdrawal stops future events and does not undo processing already performed.

Website and order request analytics

With consent, we use Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure visits and successful order requests. It receives the page visited, request value in euros and technical browser/cookie identifiers. Our integration does not send entered names, emails, phone numbers, delivery addresses, notes or confirmation access tokens. An order request is not counted as a paid purchase.

The script does not load before consent. You can withdraw using “Cookie choices” without affecting ordering. Our _ga and _ga_* cookies last up to 180 days and may be renewed on subsequent visits. Google may process data outside the EEA using applicable transfer mechanisms. See Google’s privacy policy.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you can access, correct or request deletion of your data, restrict processing, exercise data portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact info@layerwisp.lv. You can complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia.

The website does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. After advertising consent, Meta may use visit data to personalise ads.
